Feed Those in Need By Checking in on Foodspotting
Foodspotting, a geolocation guide for foodies, is asking its users to turn their seasonal indulgences into charity. Today, the service is launching a Spotathon challenge, in which users are asked to join together to spot a series of items and thereby feed families in need with help from the gift catalog at Heifer International. The Spotathon challenge is rather simple: Users are asked to collaboratively complete a series of three guides (by spotting things like bacon, white asparagus and cheese curds)
