At Our Internet, we continually strive to provide you with the best possible service and performance. Accordingly, we have made recent improvements in our data centers and in our Network Operations Center to standardize operations that enable us to maintain the high-quality IT infrastructure you expect from Our Internet.As part of these ongoing efforts, we will make key infrastructure enhancements to better meet our customer’s requirements this month. These changes will boost core network performance from 1GB to 10GB, providing you with even better capabilities and network speed. Additionally, these improvements lay the groundwork for Our Internet to add new automated provisioning services that will lead to faster deployment times on additional servers for our private racks for our dedicated server clients.We will be making these improvements to our racks on 05/28/08 at 11:59 pm CST. You can expect to experience a downtime of approximately 30 minutes.We have spent months preparing for this maintenance window. The process involves replacing our current network switches with Cisco Catalyst 2960 switches and configuring additional network VLANs to replace the current subnet architecture.During the maintenance period, it is unlikely that you will experience additional downtime. There are extensive plans in place to counteract any problems should they occur.
