LG Rumor2 QWERTY Messaging Phone to Launch for Sprint
Sprint, the No. 3 U.S. wireless carrier, today announced the LG Rumor2, the next generation of its highly popular LG Rumor messaging phone.
In late 2007, the original Rumor became one of Sprint’s best selling devices.
The Overland Park, Kan.-based company said its new Rumor2 has a full-sliding QWERTY with an additional row of keys for easier typing.
It also has an increased QVGA display, 1.3-megapixel camera and stereo Bluetooth technology.
The Rumor2 comes preloaded with Sprint Navigation for GPS navigation and voice and on-screen, turn-by-turn driving directions.
Users can access Microsoft Exchange Server and IBM Lotus Notes accounts through Sprint Mobile Email Work.
